FRESH STRAWBERRY LAYER CAKE
1 c!. oil
4 eggs
1 c!. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 (3 oz!.) box strawberry Jello
1 box yellow cake mix
Mix oil and eggs well in large bowl of electric mixer!. Add Jello and strawberries and mix!. Reduce speed and add cake mix!. Beat 2 1/2 to 3 minutes!.
Pour batter into 3 well greased and floured 9 inch pans!. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes!.

ICING:
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c!. butter, melted
3 or 4 tbsp!. cream
1/4 c!. chopped pecans
1/2 c!. chopped fresh strawberries
1/4 c!. coconutWww@FoodAQ@Com

18!.25 ounce package white cake mix (no pudding in the mix) 1 3-ounce package strawberry gelatin (Jell-O) 4 large eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries

Add all ingredients in a large bowl!. Mix with electric mixer on low for 1 minute!. Scrape the sides of the bowl well, then mix on medium 2 more minutes, scraping sides of the bowl as necessary!.

Pour batter into three greased and floured 9-inch cake pans!. Bake at 350 degrees for 23 minutes, or until cake springs back lightly when touched in the center!.

Cool layers in the pans on wire racks for 10 minutes!. Remove from pans to wire racks and cool completely!. Ice between the layers and on top and sides of the cake with Strawberry Buttercream Frosting !.
STRAWBERRY BUTTERCREAM FROSTING 1 cup butter, softened 32 ounces powdered sugar 1 cup finely chopped fresh strawberries

Beat butter on medium speed until fluffy!. Add sugar and berries, beating on low until frosting is very creamy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
1 (3 ounce) package strawberry flavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1 (18!.25 ounce) package white cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (10 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
6 tablespoons butter
2 cups confectioners' sugar

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)!. Grease and flour three 9 inch round cake pans!.
In a large bowl, dissolve the gelatin in cold water; stir in the cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, flour and 1/2 of the strawberries!. Beat for 5 minutes on the medium speed of an electric mixer!. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans!.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the layers spring back when lightly pressed in the center!. Cool cakes in the pans on wire racks!.
To Make Frosting: Cream the butter, sugar and the remaining half of the strawberries in a medium bowl until light and fluffy, adding additional confectioners' sugar if needed for a spreadable consistency!. Spread the frosting between layers and over the top and sides of cake!.
