A food dish called "Yummy Crunchy", served at sushi places?!

Question: A food dish called "Yummy Crunchy", served at sushi places!?
The reason I ask is this: I absolutely LOVE this dish, which I discovered for myself at a local sushi place (near Chicago)!. Money's pretty tight at the moment, and so I was hoping I could find a recipe online and make the dish at home!. No such luck!.

The only ingredients I can recall are Avocado and Zucchini, both cut into small cubes, and tuna!. It all sits on top of a fried wonton skin, and is covered in a spicy but sweet sauce!. Yum!.

Anyone have any idea how to finish this recipe, or any ingredients I may have missed!?

Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
