Hello
Try using a rub to season your turkey tenderloins, filets, drumsticks, or a whole turkey breast!. Here is a recipe for a rub!.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
* 3/4 cup paprika (Hungarian if you have it)
* 1/4 cup black pepper, freshly ground
* 1/4 cup celery salt
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 2 tablespoons onion powder
* 2 tablespoons dry mustard
* 2 teaspoons cayenne
* 2 tablespoons lemon zest
Preparation:
Mix everything together!. Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator!. Lasts for about 4 to 5 months!.
also if you are cooking a turkey breast, I would also chop up 1onion, 1 shalot, half of green pepper, 3 green onions (scallions), 4 cloves of garlic, 1 jalepeno pepper with or without seeds (your preference) and chop in a food processor!. also cut up two stalks of celery!.
Rub your Turkey breast with your rub inside and out and under the skin!. Rub your chopped veggies mixture inside the cavity of the breast and stuff it under the skin of the breast as far as you can go on both sides!. Throw in your cut up celery!.
If you have a slow cooker this is the easiest, less time consuming, and most tender and delicious way to cook it!.
Cook in your slow cooker on low for 9 to 10 hours!. You can season over night and get up early and put in your slow cooker before going to work and it will be ready when you come home!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love to BBQ the tenderloin like a london broil and then use it in many different recipes, one for instance: in soft tacos -- black beans, a smidge of chipotles in adobo sauce, some salsa and grated cheddar cheese (or whatever one you like) and mix it all together and stuff the tacos and eat!. Yummo! The Whole Foods Market website has some great natural recipes (you don't have to use their items obviously) and they are pretty simple too!.
You can also grill or smoke the drumsticks - you'll have to search the net for a recipe Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favorite thing is drumsticks in the crock-pot, you can use fillets to just put them in there with 1-2 inches of water and cook High three or four hours they turn out nice and tender!. I used to do this all the time when I was single, only I would put it on low before I left for work and it would be almost done when I get home, heat up some veggies and whip up some potatoes and you are ready to eat!.
