Great recipes!!! Here's something you might enjoy:

1 box yellow cake mix
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup chopped candied walnuts
3 oz package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4-1/2 cup milk

Mix cake according to package directions and add mashed bananas!. Blend well and add candied walnuts!. Place in prepared bundt pan and bake until golden!. Cool for 15 minutes and invert on to serving platter!. Let cool completely!. Soften cream cheese and mix with powdered sugar, vanilla and milk!. You'll want a glaze that you can spoon over the cake and let drip down the sides, so add milk until you reach desired thickness!. Top with chopped candied walnuts!.

This cake holds up well and tastes wonderful!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chocolate Eclair Cake
The simplest, easiest thing to make, and there is actually no baking involved!.
We have had this at almost every family occasion since I can remember, and it is always a hit!.

http://www!.cooks!.com/rec/view/0,166,1481!.!.!.

One thing it doesn't say in the recipe is that it needs to set for a few hours before you serve it, maybe in the refrigerator to get it to the right consistency- then it can be served at room temperature!.

If she wants to impress, buy some whipped cream and fresh fruit to decorate the top a little!
Enjoy!
