Answers:
Most definitely!. It will spoil!.
A tip: remove from the refrig!. 30 to 40 minutes prior to cutting!. It will taste better than serving straight from the cold!. You are very special to think of your mother in such a thoughtful way! Enjoy your party!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Is it a homemade cream cheese or a store bought!?

Home made I would!. Just to be safe!.!.!.
Store Bought it has enough additives in it to keep it safe!.!.!. I use creamcheese frosting all the time on my cakes ( I make alot of cakes) I never put it in the fridge! The frosting becomes hard!. Then only time I do put it in there is when I make a cinnamon cake with CC frosting then I heat it up and melt the frosting over the cake!.!.!.!. But CC frosting becomes hard just like all other frostings if you refridgerate them!. So no as long as you have it covered in a container you can leave it on the counter!.!.!. Hope that helps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cakes with cream cheese frosting need to be refrigerated, or the cheese may sour!. If you don't have a tupperware cake carrier, stick toothpicks all over the top and sides, and loosely cover with saran wrapWww@FoodAQ@Com

NO! DON'T DO IT!! SAVE YOURSELF!

Keep the cake refridgerated for a majority of the time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Because of the cheese, you should refrigerate it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
