Question: When making chocolate covered cherries, does the white colored fondant all become liquid after a couple weeks!?
does it completely transform into liquid!? can you still see the white color or does it all become that red color liquid!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

use marachino cherries no juice rolled on fondant dip in choc and then store for at least 3 weks sometimes more it depend on the humidity!. the cherry reacts with the sugar naturally to make the clear syrup you findWww@FoodAQ@Com

depends on how much cherry juice you put in with the cherry!.!.!. Though, I think what your looking for is the difference between the white stuff, and the clear stuff with cherry juice added!.!.!. The white stuff will eventually turn a pinker color, and the clear red stuff is a different brand of things!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it depends on the juice in the cherry generally no but just try it
