custard, or you could make a custard base as part of an ice cream recipe (you can just freeze the custard, or add fruit or other tasty things to it!), or turn it into a creme brulee!.

add some extra yolks to an omelette or quiche or something like that!. As someone else said mayonnaise uses up egg yolks!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Tons of things if you make anything with meat just add a touch of milk and use it to make i!.e meatballs, hamburger, anything you have to roll in bread crumbs you can make a breakfast quiche with ham or any kind of breakfast meat or a broccoli and cheese quiche!.!.!.!.

Use a few extra eggs so that you have whites in them add flour and a little salt!. Then nead them into dough adding flour as needed untill it no longer sticks to your hands!. Break it in to pieces and roll them flat!. Cut into strips 2 inches wide by however long!. stack and slice these strips into noodles about 1/4 inches with a sharp knife!. lay them out on a newspaper to let them dry!. or let them partly dry and freeze them in plastic bags!. Use them as needed by cooking them as normal for noodles!. They should be very rich and good to eat! Good Luck and enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
