Answers:
You can defrost chicken in microwave!. Put on 50% (or defrost settng) and set time for one minute, take out and turn over, put in for another minute, take out and turn over and just keep doing that!. If you dont do it at like 1 minute intervals then the chicken will start to cook and you dont want that cause it will be tough!. And as far as easy recipes here is one:

Lemme make sure i read this right, you want Breaded, Lemon Chicken!.!.!.you have a couple options, you can but shake and bake breading from the store and yes thaw them out before you cook them, just shake the chicken and put on the oven pan, the squeeze lemon over them and bake per directions on the box!.

Or if you just want Plain lemon chicken w/o breading, you can tkae the chicken (frozen is fine) make little pockets w/ tin foil, and put chicken in w/ butter lemon juice and veggies if you want and bake in oven around 350 for an hour or so!. They will be really juicy!.

or you can take the chicken and use flower to bread it and squeeze lemon on it and pan fry them!.!.!.they will need to be completly defrosted for this though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
