If you make it at home it's rock hardWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You could try a different recipe (one with less sugar, or more oil) or what I do is with the bread I make, I really love the taste but the crust is hard I just brush some melted butter (or margarine) over the crust while it's still hot and let it cool as usual!. It softens it right up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I keep mine sealed in a bread bag or plastic wrap!. Keeps the loaves nice & soft! :) (the same goes for dinner rolls)Www@FoodAQ@Com

when u take it out of the oven/read maker take a brush and brush it with water and wrap it in tea towel!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just brush melted butter on the top and it keeps it very moist!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
