corn tortillas are healthier that flour ones!. you can use them in many ways, the only thing is, they must be cooked (unlike the flour ones)
Soooo!.!.!.I like to add some sauteed veggies and rice all spiced up with taco seasonings and chz (or cooked shredded meats or shrimp if you like) then fold into the tortillas!. Brush them with olive oil, or spray olive oil on them, and then bake them till crispy and chz melts!. about 400 for 10 mins or so!.
Another awesomly easy and impressive option--cut them into quarters or sixes, like pie slice shapes, and deep fry them to make chips! then just make some homemade guac and pico for a party! they are sooo good hot and thick yum!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Several things -
Coat with olive oil - add chicken/steak/BBQ pork (already cooked) and shredded cheese
wrap tight/roll up and bake at 350 for 15/20mins!.
also - you can use a muffin pan - put tortillas in stuff with fav!. meat or vegs or whatever and fold edges over - put toothpick in to hold and bake at 350 again for 15 mins!.
You can also make a mexican salad, toast in oven and crumble over salad for a nice crunch!.

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon chipotle pepper
1 teaspoon salt

You can make taquitos!. I make this roast and with the leftover beef I add jalapeno jack cheese strips!. I put it inside a corn tortilla and fry until crisp!. Serve with guacamole, salsa, and sour cream!. To make the guacamole take a couple ripe avocados, mashed!. Add a little lemon juice, 1 tsp packaged taco mix, a little tobasco, 1 tb sour cream and mix together!. This roast can be made in the oven in a roasting pan!. Just cut the time in half and bake at 350F!.

1 package dried Lipton onion soup mix

For French Beef dip sandwiches: French Rolls, roast beef, and Au Jus Mix with a little of the drippings from the roast added for dipping!. Horseradish Sauce if you like it!.
