A lettuce salad with a lemon-garlic dressing (lettuce, grated cheese & boiled egg for the salad with some chopped veggies in it; lemon juice with a little garlic for the dressing)
A fruit salad
A cheese omelette

Dice the potatoes and veggies!. Cook the rice!. In a large frying pan add a little oil and fry the potatoes!. Remove and top with mozarella cheese!. Add the veggies to the pan with a bit of oil, egg, and garlic and stir fry over med-high heat until cooked!. Add mixture over rice!. Serve with a side of fruits in lettuce bed with a squeeze of lemon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
