What is your favorite omlet.?!

Question: What is your favorite omlet!.!?
Answers:
Ham, cheese, baconWww@FoodAQ@Com

I've been experimenting with omelets lately, and my favorite combination right now is smoked turkey breast, onion, kale, sweet potato and swiss cheese!. It sounds odd, but it's very good!. Saute the onion and sweet potato over medium high heat in a little butter until they're about halfway done, then add the kale!. When that's soft, toss in the turkey just to heat it!. I use a salad dressing shaker to do the eggs!. Combine two eggs, salt and pepper, and a tablespoon or two of water, then shake it up good!. Pour the egg mixture over the sauteed veggies and give it a quick stir so everything is mixed into the eggs!. Let it sit on the heat for about a minute, then pop it in the oven under the broiler for another 30 second to a minute!. It will be set in the middle and starting to puff around the edges!. Add the shredded or thinly sliced cheese and put it back under the broiler for another 30 seconds to a minute until the cheese is melted and the edges are beginning to brown!. Slide it onto a plate, folding it in half as it comes out of the pan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I dont really like eggs but I do like omlets when there is lots of ingredients!!

Use lots of eggs and beat them so they are light and fluffy!. Add cheese and capsicum and other ingredients like tomato and olives and baby spinach or asparagus chopped real small!. Basically any finely cut veggie!.

Pour into fry pan and sprinkle with cheese!. Cover with lid a couple minutes!. Then remove lid and place under grill so top gets 'done' till lightly brown!. Yum!. My aunty makes them like this!.

Recipe #2: My Japanese student taught me this breakfast recipe!.

2 eggs whisked, dash of soy saauce!. Pour in a thin layer (square shaped) into fry pan!. Roll up tightly as it is still cooking!. Cut into thin slivers!. Serve!. Easy PeasyWww@FoodAQ@Com
