Peel all the skin off the chicken, place in crock pot or a very slow oven 275 to 300 degrees!. Use any barbecue sauce you like and add some, but not more than to cover the chicken itself!.!.!.Cook slowly, check after some hours, pour off any fat or grease!.!.Add just a bit more sauce and cook maybe 1/2 or 3/4 hour more!.!.Serve on Baked buns or Rolls add a Tossed Salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

First off, you can try brining the chicken to add flavor, no matter what recipe you use!. Google brining!.

Chicken parmesan--very easy, very cheesy, and very good!. Just bread and bake with a meat thermometer, and the last 15 minutes or so, pour some spaghetti sauce on it and top with parm and mozzarella!.

Chicken fried rice!. you can google a good recipe for it!.
Or Sesame chicken!. That's my favorite, really!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not terribly healty, but my favorite:
Chicken Marsala
Ingredients:
olive oil
4 thin chicken breast cutlets
2 oz!. low salt bacon cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1/2 c!. flour
coarse salt
ground pepper
1/2 cup dry marsala wine
4 T!. heavy cream
minced fresh flat-leaf parsley

Coat a large skillet with olive oil and set over medium heat!. Add bacon and cook just until crisp and lightly browned!. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside!. Leave fat in pan!.
Pour flour on a plate!. Pat cutlets dry!. Season lightly with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour!.
Heat pan with bacon fat over medium heat!. Add a touch more olive oil if necessary to make approximately 2 Tablespoons!. When fat is hot, shake excess flour off cutlets and place in pan!. Saute, turning once until browned on both sides!. Think cutlets should only take a few minutes per side!. Remove cutlets!. Pour excess fat from pan!. With pan over medium heat, add Marsala and scrape browned bits from the bottom of the pan!. Cook Marsala until it is reduced by one quarter!.
Stir in cream and simmer until you get a nicely thickened sauce!. Return the chicken and bacon to the pan and turn the cutlets to coat and reheat for a minute!. Serve with sauce on top with sprinkling of parsley!.

Mexican Roll Ups
This is something I made up its a great way to use left over meat!.

Use one of your choice
Shredded Chicken, shredded beef or shredded pork
Put in skillet with 1 pkg of taco seasoning
Add enough water so that you may simmer it, not to much

After simmering like 20 min
Place small amount in to soft burrito shell, I like to use the large ones!.
Roll them up and secure with toothpicks
In deep fryer or skillet, brown til golden brown
They will be crunchy
Serve with sour cream, salsa or gucamole

Dont forget to remove toothpicks !!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
