Sauce for the Freezer or Fridge?!

Question: Sauce for the Freezer or Fridge!?
I'm making a batch of thai sauce in advance so we can cook quick meals with noodles and veg!.

Should I freeze this mixture which contains;

Olive oil
Seasme oil
Sherry vinegar
fresh garlic
peanut butter
tiny bit of veg stock
ground pepper
ground corinader

I am thinking the fridge may be fine but am a bit worried about the garlic going off!. We will use this in the next 4 weeks as I've made 4 batches, one for each week!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would definitely freeze this mix but I would make sure it is well blended first and sealed well before freezing!. I dont see why you couldnt use self sealing freezer bags!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Freezing is fine, but if u would like to refrigerate just place n old dressing bottles that have been saved or use glass bottles u can purchase in any kitchen ware dept!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
