My family's personal favorite is baked sweet potatoes in the crockpot!.!.!.
wrap them in aluminum foil and set the pot on low!.!.!.!.
8-10 hours later nice soft, hot yummy sweet potatoes!.!.!.
with a little butter and cinnamon sugar!.!.!.!.

Slow Cooker Mexican Beef Stew
Need a change from classic beef stew!? Go Mexican with this easy-to-make flavor-packed version that goes together in minutes!






2 lb beef stew meat
1 can (28 oz) Progresso? diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup frozen small whole onions (from 1-lb bag)
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 package (1 oz) Old El Paso? taco seasoning mix
1 can (15 oz) Progresso? black beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (11 oz) Green Giant? Mexicorn? whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained


1!. Mix beef, tomatoes, frozen onions and chili powder in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker!.
2!. Cover and cook on low heat setting 9 to 11 hours or until beef is tender!.
3!. Stir in taco seasoning mix, using wire whisk!. Stir in black beans and corn!. Cover and cook on high heat setting 15 to 30 minutes or until thickened!.

Note: This recipe was tested in slow cookers with heating elements in the side and bottom of the cooker, not in cookers that stand only on a heated base!. For slow cookers with just a heated base, follow the manufacturer’s directions for layering ingredients and choosing a temperature!.

Ingredients
4 pounds bottom round, well trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup olive oil (plus more if needed)
2 large onions, diced (2 cups)
1 6-ounce can tomato paste
1 cup dry red wine
1 pound potatoes, cut into 2-inch pieces (about 4 cups)
1/2 pound baby carrots (about 2 cups)
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 bay leaf
1 cup frozen peas, thawed


Preparation
Coat the beef in the flour!. Heat a few tablespoons of the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat!. Brown the meat, a few pieces at a time, adding more oil as necessary!. Transfer to a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker!. Add the onions to the skillet and cook over medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes!. Stir in the tomato paste and coat the onions; transfer to the cooker!. Pour the wine into the skillet and scrape up any browned bits; add to the cooker!. Stir in the potatoes, carrots, broth, salt, thyme, and bay leaf!. Cover and cook on low heat for 7 1/2 hours, or on high for 4 hours!. Add the peas and heat through!.

I would say jambalaya, but it is less than 10 hours!.!.!.
What about a nice roast and potatoes and veggies!.
Your roast does not have to be of top quality for it to taste that way!.

1) Chicken or Pork soup!.!. with some vegie like potato, carrot, onion and winter melon or try some white fungus!.!. let it cook slowly for 10 hours!.!. it will be great and believe soup is great for your health!.!. as you work for such a long time!.!.
