Answers:
I'd suggest roasting red tomatos with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, red or white wine vinegar and some herbs!. Just dress the tomatos with oil and vinegar and the spice and herbs and roast for at least a half an hour!. Then mash or blend!. This should be a tasty substitute for Marsala wine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it may not be the same but you can buy it legally, there is an area in the grocery store where you can buy what is called "cooking wine" ( I thinks it is in the baking section)!. It isn't my favorite but beggers can't be choosers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Go for grape juice, cook it down a little bit until it's slightly reduced, and add a touch of vinegar to tone down the sweetness!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try it without useing wine!. It wont be the same but can be done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
