Question: Using a 4 burner hooded bbq what temp for smoking fish (1kg) and for how long!.!.!.!?!?!?
im attempting to smoke some fish using my hooded bbq what temp do i need to have it on and how long does it take !.!.!.!?!?!? the fish will be 4x1kg snapperWww@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
If you want fully smoked fish, you should score the skin (not too deep) brine it or season heavily with a dry rub 1-2 hours before!. Then smoke at 180-225 F for about 35-40 minutes!. Snapper can be tough when smoked, you might try salmon, mackerel, wahoo or another fish with a bit more fat content!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
