FAR OUT!!! YOu have a Spritz gun!!!!!
This is a scandinavian cookie that are so yummy and usually made at Yule or Christmas time!. My family has been making them like forever!.
1 lb!. butter
2 eggs
1 c!. Sugar
5 C!. Flour
Mix well and put through a cookie press (spritz gun)!. Bake in moderate oven (350) until lightly brown!.
You might want to experiment with this a little putting the dough into the fridge to keep it from become too soft and sticking to the cookie sheet!. I have two guns !.!.!.one is in the fridge while I am using the other one until the one I am using gets too warm then I switch!. You might want to put your cookie sheet in the fridge for a few minutes between baking times too so when you are pressing out the cookies they will stay on the sheet and not stick to the gun instead!. It takes a little practice to master these but are they soooooo good! You can sprinkle little colored sugars on them too for decoration!. I color the dough sometimes !.!.!. like green for the Christmas tree shape and such!. Have fun and don't eat too many at once as they are a bit rich!. There are flavored recipes out there and other types of recipes so google or yahoo it and have fun with others!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
