How can I freeze chicken, that has been cooked?!


Question: How can I freeze chicken, that has been cooked!?
I would like to purchase fried chicken and freeze it, also how would I heat it when I am ready for it!? would baking be the best option!?!. also how long do you think I could keep it in the freezer!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have to admit I have never tried it!. But if I was going to I would put the pieces on a cookie sheet and freeze each piece separately (so that they don't stick together)!. After they have frozen, I would then either put in a ziploc bag or vacumn seal (which is my favorite)!. When you defrost it!. I'd put it in the oven uncovered at 375!.
Fried Chicken!.!.since it's cooked should hold nicely for 6 months if sealed well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
