Question: Will this recipe work!?!?!?!?/!?
i m trying a very low calorie muffin recipe
will it work!?!?

2 egg whites
1 cup all bran cereal
1/2 cup flour
milk= 1/4 or 1/3 cup
2 teaspoons baking powder
splenda
vanilla 2 tsp

i will spray cooking spray in the muffin tins to prevent sticking!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

add some raspberries and you're good!. They sell something like this at Trader Joe's!. I make mine with honey and use various brans rather than a cereal!. I would try to make a flour out of the all bran cereal rather than using flour!.
also, 1/2 t!. vinegar would help them rise as bran is dense!. Alton Brown recommends preheating your oven 20 degrees shy of your baking temp and then when you put them in, increase it to the proper temp for ten minutes to promote maximum fluff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Would you be using nonfat milk!? also, you could add unsweetened applesauce for moisture in addition to the milk!. To improve the texture, adding a tablespoon of margarine or canola oil would help as well!. also, could add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and a shake or two of nutmeg!.

For baked goods and mixture of sugar and Splenda is mentioned on the Spenda website!. Could add 1/8 to 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/8 to 1/4 cup Spenda!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
