Kitty's is very similar to my wifes, she stir fries them with olive oil minced garlic and soy sauce, even the kids love it!.

what kind of recipe!?
2 pcs of chicken breast cut in slices
2 tbs of olive oil
white onion cut in half and then in slices!.
about two pinch of Italian seasoning!.
salt if desire and fresh black pepper and garlic powder or fresh!.
And the green beans clean, cut and boil to berly done
cooking wine!.

heat the olive oil in a pan
add the chicken breast season and ready to fry!. Cook until it kind of ready!.
add the onions and cook for about 2 min and then add the wine about 1/4 of cup wine, cover a soon u had the wine remove the lid after 2 min!. then add the green beans cook for about 2 minutes and ready serve with white steam rice!.

Or boil tomatoes about 4, and jalapenos about 3 medium!.
When they are ready put them in a blender with 1 piece of fresh garlic, oregano pinch, and salt!. Blended about 1min

Boil the cut green beans!. when they are ready cook them with olive oil, slices of onions and add salt!. When the onions start to get kind of see through add the ingredients from the blender and let it simmer for about 5 to 10 min in medium heat!. Enjoy with spanish rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Toss them in olive oil, add salt and pepper, roast them at 375 degrees for about 25 mins!. Delicious, and allows you to enjoy the fresh flavor!.
