If nothing ever sticks to Teflon, how do they make Teflon stick to the pan?!

Question: If nothing ever sticks to Teflon, how do they make Teflon stick to the pan!?
Answers:
Teflon does in fact stick to something - itself!.

The answer is that there are progressive layers sprayed on the pan with increasing percentage of Teflon in the mix!. So the top layer with 100% Teflon stick to the layer below with 80% Teflon etc!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

"Scientifically speaking, Teflon will not chemically bond to anything, but can be forced mechanically into small nooks and crannies!. This slippery substance adheres to their surfaces once manufacturers sandblast them to roughen them, apply a primer, and embed the Teflon into the primer!."Www@FoodAQ@Com
