Question: I baked an apple pie and when I took it out there was no juice in the pie, what happened!?

too much thickener!. corn starch or flour whatever you used!. it sounds like you used a little too much!. better luck next timeWww@FoodAQ@Com

you overbaked it and it all evaporated out of the apples!. Or, you may have cut the apple too thinly which made it easy for it to evaporate before thickening!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
