Should I double the other ingredients if I double the pork?!
I am following a recipe from www but I wanna cook more for my son's birthday!. If I double the amount of pork for example, should I also double the other ingredients!. Let's say if the original recipe is 1/4 vinegar, should I make it 1/2!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, you should double everything, especiallly liquids and seasonings!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Hmmmmm!.!.!.!.sometimes you can double all the ingrediants when you double a recipe and sometimes, depending on the ingrediant, they tell you not to double it!. You didn't mention what kind of dish you are making, other than it contains pork!. I suspect that if you are doubling the meat, you can probably get away with doubling the vinegar, but you might want to do a taste test as you go along!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
That depends!. Do you want more meat than the recipe calls for or do you want to double it!. You can make a recipe and just add extra meat, but if you wan tall around more double it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
it depends!. if you want to make twice as much as what the recipe makes normally, then yes!.
if you just want it with extra pork, then no!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
