This may not appeal to you but I thought i'd share it anyway, just incase!. I make pasta salad using mayo, diced cold roast chicken and sliced red and white grapes (yes,I said grapes)!. Sounds weird but it's very tasty and easy to make!. I discovered it when I worked for a company where they had a lunch lady who came round with lots of different prepared lunches, this was one of them and since I've left there I've made it myself every couple of weeks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

First select your pasta shape, if you choose more than 1 they may not cook at the same rate!. Boil in salted water until tender & rinse with cold water to stop stickiness!.
Make your sauce with a base of Mayo!. Now you have to decide!.
For a Greek style, combine black olives, cucumber & feta cheese!.
For Italian style, combines diced tomatoes & chopped mushrooms!.
Parmesan cheese would be a natural addition!.
Some chopped onion (red, white, or green) will add some bite!.
Or chopped celery if you just want a little crunch!.
You could also include canned tuna or some tiny shrimp!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Boil up a pound of small pasta!. Drain and add your can of black olives, tomatoes (if you dont' have fresh), artichoke hears or heartsof palm, if you have any!.!.!. add the feta, some parmesan cheese, fresh spinach, if you have any, and maybe some shredded carrots!. Toss all w/ italian dressing and chill!. Toss again before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a favorite salad!. You cook your pasta, and put it in a bowl!. Then, you add broccoli, tomato(sliced), black olives(sliced), pepperoni, and cheddar cheese cubes!. Put as much of each to your liking!. Then, put zesty Italian dressing on it and mix it up!. Very tasty!Www@FoodAQ@Com
