Aye, the great British barbecue!.!.!.

Black on the outside, frozen in the middle!.

Scrape the black off the bits people can see then shove it in a bun with loads of ketchup and onions to hide the evidence!.

'It's not burnt, it's caramelised!'Www@FoodAQ@Com

serve them I sometimes have this problem!! so I just brown the other side that is not burnt a little bit more than normal so it blends in and you cant really see a difference also some people think it tastes a little better or you could glaze them with honey, soya sauce and ground ginger powder or honey and mustard and stick them in the oven to get really sticky and tasty heres a trick!! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I like burnt sausages and burgers - I'd eat them!

Serve them and make some more too and if anyone's strange like me, they'll eat them, and if not they'll eat the next batch!.

But anyway - isn't that what you do with BBQs - burnt on the outside raw in the middle!. If it isn't like that, people might complain!

Or do I go to the 'wrong' kinds of BBQs too LOL :oDWww@FoodAQ@Com

Sling the food is now carcinogenic!.
Oh how exciting, I am being stalked by a thumbs down troll!.
ROFL at the thought that they think I give a rats Rs!.
Interesting to see other's answers and yes I think some of you go to the wrong BBQ's!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hidden, definitely!.
Do it all the time, hide it all the time!.
It's kinda become my trademark!.lol which is funny because when I actually cook something properly, I make a reasonable meal!. But almost every time I heat something processed, you could hammer nails with it!.
MMmmmmm!.Tasty!.!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You just say "Burnt sausages or hamburgers anyone" and laugh!. If they say "No" you throw them!. If they say "Yes" you give them to them and let them do what they like with them LOLllllllllllWww@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on how burnt!. But likely, if I'm making the plates myself, as I often do, I'll hide it!. If it's self-serve, then let 'em pick over it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd sling them, this happened to me in a restaurant needless to say I sent it back and then left, didn't want to risk getting a sneezer sent back!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sausages are best burnt on one side, it gives them that crunchy texture!. I'm not so sure about burnt burger etiquette!.
