I always have some fried mince and onions in the freezer!. You can add tinned toms and serve as a basic tomato sauce with pasta, or add tomatoes, chili and tinned beans and serve with rice!.

You can also add some meat stock, sliced carrots and serve with dumplings!.

Chunky soup works well, just grab a loaf on your way home and defrost the soup when you get in!.

Casseroles freeze well, just make extra every time you cook one!.

Frozen fish portions are nice and simple, serve with oven chips and frozen peas or beans!.

Fresh pasta, only takes a few minutes to cook!. Serve with a ready made sauce (or make some in advance and freeze)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

lasagne always freezes well also try meatballs, chilli con carne, beef stroganoff any type of curry, chicken ala king, goulash of any type any type of casserole/stew just depends how big your freezer is you can freeze them in foil containers and take them out put through the oven to heat up, Www@FoodAQ@Com

Google "OAMC" or Once A Month Cooking!. TONS of recipes designed to be made in advance and stuck in the freezer!. When you get into the groover of it, you can pull out a dish to thaw for tomorrow night's supper (thaw in fridge)!.
