How to freshen up slightly stale Naan?!
I'm making an African dinner for company tonight, and I meant to go out and get some fresh flatbread at the bakery, but I forgot- it's labour day here in Canada, and everything is closed!.
I did, however, have a big package of Naan in the freezer, it's still good, but it's been in there for a little while!.
How do I freshen it up- I was thinking of brushing it with some olive oil or melted butter, maybe salt, I don't know!.!.!.and putting it in the oven for a few minutes!. Would that work!? Should I cover it in foil first or sprinkle it with just a sprinkle of water!? Or leave it uncovered!? What do you suggest!?
My dinner guests and I thank you!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

hi there, best way to get your naan tasting fresh is to let it thaw at room temperature, brush it lightly with garlic butter and wrap in foil then put it in the oven for a few minutes because if you put it uncovered it wil dry out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
