From Scratch Recipe for a regular cake or any Kind?!

Chocolate Angel Food Cake
1 cup sifted cake flour
2 cups granulated sugar, divided
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1/2 cups egg whites ( about 10-12 large egg whites!.) at rm temp!.
1 tsp cold water
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1!. Preheat oven to 400!. Sift the cake flour, 1 cup sugar and cocoa, into a medium bowl and mix well; sift again!.
2!. Combine egg whites, water and salt in a large bowl!. Beat with an electric mixer,set at high until frothy!. Beat in cream of tartar, until stiff peaks form!. Beat in remaining sugar, and the vanilla extract!. Fold in the flour mixture!.
3!. Pour into a tube pan!. Run a knife through batter to break up any air pockets!. Reduce oven temp to 375!. Bake for 10 minutes!. Reduce the oven temp to 300!. Bake until the cakes springs when touched, about 35-40 minutes!.
4!. Invert the tube pan on a bottle!. cool cake for 40 minutes!. Loosen cake from sides of pan with a sharp knife!. Place cake on a cake plate!.
5!. For glaze, bring cream to a boil in a small sauce pan!. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted!. Drizzle over cake!.

INGREDIENTS
2 (3!.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 cups milk
1 (16 ounce) package graham cracker squares
1 (16 ounce) package prepared chocolate frosting
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend the pudding mix, whipped topping, and milk!.
Arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares in the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan!. Evenly spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers!. Top with another layer of crackers and the remaining pudding mixture!. Top with a final layer of graham crackers!.
Spread the frosting over the whole cake up to the edges of the pan!. Cover, and chill at least 4 hours before serving!.
FOOTNOTE
The frosting will be easier to spread if the cake is covered and chilled for about 30 minutes before spreading!.

It's called a brownie cake and it really is just a brownie, but it looks so gorgeous and tastes so good, everyone will think of it as something much more special!.

1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup flour
1 cup fresh raspberries -- rinsed and drained
Preheat oven to 350!. Butter and flour a 9 inch round tart pan with removable rim!. In a 2 to 3 quart pan over low heat, stir butter and chocolate just until melted, about 5 minutes!. Remove from heat and mix in granulated sugar, pecans, eggs, and vanilla!. Add flour and stir to mix well!. Spread batter in pan!. Next to rim, distribute berries in a band about 2 inches wide!. Gently press fruit into batter!. Bake until top, at outside edge, cracks and feels firm to the touch, 45 to 50 minutes!. Let cool in pan on rack!. Cake Ingredients:
2/3 cup LAND O LAKES? Butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
Frosting Ingredients:
1/4 cup LAND O LAKES? Butter
3 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 to 4 tablespoons milk
Heat oven to 350°F!. Combine 2/3 cup butter and sugar in large mixer bowl!. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy (1 to 2 minutes)!. Add eggs and vanilla!. Continue beating, scraping bowl often, until well mixed (1 minute)!.

Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl!. In a small bowl combine buttermilk and vanilla!.
In a large bowl beat the sugar and butter until creamy!. Add eggs, one at a time and beat until well blended!.
Beat into the sugar mixture the flour mixture alternating with the milk…begin and end with the flour!.
Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes!.
