an easy way , all u have to do is to mix fresh tomatoes with fresh garlic and onions ,3 spoons of youghurt , green pepper and some salt mix them all in a blinder , cover the steakes with them , keep them in the fridge for 6 hours , then put them in the oven at law tempreture Www@FoodAQ@Com
Rather than frying it, which will introduce fat and can make it dry, stew it in a little beef or vegetable stock!. If you want to brown it first, heat a pan to as hot as you can get it and let it sizzle for 20 seconds or so!. Then add your stock and vegetables!. The other way is to cook onion slices in stock until they're tender and add the beef!. This way you have to stir quite a lot because the mince has a tendency to clump!.
Remember that with no added fat you will need more seasoning!. I suggest a bouquet garni of bay leaf, thyme and oregano, as well as the usual salt and pepper!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

If your going to do burgers with it, a pan fry is probably going to be your best bet!. Grilling or broiling allows the fat to drain away from it!. No matter what you do make sure you don't over cook it!. Shoot for medium well vs!. well done!. You could also add bread crumbs, egg, minced onion and garlic, and some seasonings to make more of a meatloaf type burger!. It will stay juicier that way!. I personally recommend using the very lean ground beef for things like taco meat, spaghetti sauce, soup, and other things where there is some other liquid in the dish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I gently heat a little water and a little olive oil together in a pan then add the mince!. Cook and stir till done!. Obviously how much mince you have depends on how much water and oil you use!. Hope this helpsWww@FoodAQ@Com
