This only serves 8, I'm not sure if the cooking time would have to be changed if you doubled it!. I'd probably make 2 pans if I needed to serve more than 8!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I make them just sort of by intuition without a recipe!. I start with even parts butter and flour, with the cold butter cut up in pieces!. Then I knead them together and add oats until I like the consistency then throw in a little sugar!. I take half of that and press it in a baking dish!. Then I add on top of that layer some blackberries sweetened with sugar to taste!. Then I take crumbles of the flour mix and toss it over the berries without pressing it until it roughly evenly covers them!. I bake for 40 minutes at 350 and let it finish baking as it cools!. Its always delicious and slightly different each time!. I grew up in blackberry country where there are lots of them and sort of mastered this art by doing it lots of times!. I like it, but if you're looking for an exact recipe I'm sure there's good ones out there!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
