Answers:
I baked over 50 loaves of chocolate zucchini bread w/nuts in the last month, I froze some, gave some to my kids to freeze!. I used to shred, then freeze in bags, but found I wasn't getting it used!. I always scoop out the seeds before shredding, the smaller seeds don't matter though!. The larger seeds if aren't real hard, so should still bake up fine!. I use a salad shooter for shredding mine!. Frozen loaves thaw out fine, great for those last minute stop inners for coffee!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I never de-seed the zucchini, you're not supposed to!. You just grate/shred and bake!. I've never seen a whole seed after shredding or in my bread!. I shred my zucchini by hand!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should have taken the seeds out first but it won't hurt the bread!. Many breads have seeds in them!. Next time, scrape the seeds out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Should have de-seeded it first!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
