Here are 2 recipes for it!. This one is very easy
RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
1 can (16 oz!.) sliced peaches
1 1/4 cups sugar, divided
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 tsp!. baking powder
1/4 tsp!. salt
1!. Preheat oven to 400 degrees!.

2!. Melt butter in a 2-quart baking dish; set aside!. Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup juice!.

3!. In a saucepan, bring peaches and juice just to a boil!. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of the sugar, flour, milk, baking powder and salt; mix well!.

4!. Pour over butter in baking dish!. Spoon hot peaches over batter!. Sprinkle with remaining sugar!. Bake for 25 minutes, or until cake tests done!. Serve warm!.





and the other one:
RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
1 stick butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup self-rising flour (or add 1 tsp!. baking soda and 1/2 tsp!. salt to
all-purpose flour)
1/2 cup milk
1 large can sliced or diced peaches with syrup
1!. Soften the butter in an oven-safe dish (about 10- x 10-inch) for about 20 seconds in the microwave on high!. Stir in the sugar, then add the flour!. Add milk and stir well to make a batter!.

2!. Carefully pour the peaches with syrup over the batter!. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes!.

This is Paula Deen's recipe and I make this about 2-3 times a month for my family and there are never any leftovers!.

Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:
4 cup peeled, sliced peaches
2 cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup water
8 tablespoon (1 stick) butter
1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 1/2 cup milk
ground cinnamon, optional

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees!.

Combine the peaches, 1 cup sugar, and water in a saucepan and mix well!. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes!. Remove from the heat!.

Put the butter in a 3-quart baking dish and place in oven to melt!.

Mix remaining 1 cup sugar, flour, and milk slowly to prevent clumping!. Pour mixture over melted butter!. Do not stir!. Spoon fruit on top, gently pouring in syrup!. Sprinkle top with ground cinnamon, if using!. Batter will rise to top during baking!. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes!.

To serve, scoop onto a plate and serve with your choice of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!.
