How long to cook a pork chop?!
I have a pork chop (with the bone) that is about 1 inch thick!. I am going to bread it!. How long and at what temperature should I cook it!? I'm only used to making boneless pork chops, so I don't know how the cook the ones with the bone!. Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I bake mine at 350 for 30 minutes, covered!. I bake them an additional 5 minutes uncovered!. Perfect every time!.
There hasn't been a case of pork food poisoning in the states since the late 1960s so it is no longer necessary to cook pork well done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the best is if u have a meat thermometer, stick it in the center/thickest part of meat, check for 155 and everything inside it is dead and u dont overcook it!. if u dont, really just poke it and for well done u want it to be firm and the meat should spring back after u take your finger off!. eventually youll just get the feel and look of well done pork chopsWww@FoodAQ@Com
Yeah, just throw it in the oven for 30 min at 350 degrees!. Or throw it in the broiler for 25 - 30 minutes!. Makes very yummy porkchops!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would put it under the grill 8" from the heat for 6 minutes each side, then check, adding more time if required!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
10 min on highWww@FoodAQ@Com
