Answers:
Pasta Arrabiatta

Heat a little olive oil (or spray) in a pan, with minced garlic and red pepper flakes!. Add ground beef (hamburger) and cook until no longer pink!. Add a can of tomatoes (or fresh ones, peeled, seeded and diced), and simmer for at least 20 mins (up to 40) allowing liquid to evaporate and sauce to thicken!. While sauce simmers, cook spaghetti according to pkg instructions!. Drain!. Toss sauce together w/ pasta, and serve (good with a salad, garlic bread)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Since you really are not in the mood for anything - I know how that is - try to keep dinner simple: Bread and bake the pork chops, steam the cauliflour-broccoli-carrot mix and use the potatoes to make make baked potatoes, they can bake while the pork chops bake!.

Baked Pork Chops

Marinate your pork chops in Italian dressing for about 1 hour then roll in Italian style bread crumbs that have Parmesan and Romano cheeses mixed in - bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending upon how thick/big they are!.
