You can't go wrong with vegetables and lean meats!. Vegetables are very low in calories, so you can have large portions to fill you up!. Lean meats like chicken, turkey, and pork are good choices!. Keep red meats to a minimum since they are higher in fat content!. Fishes are high protein and good choices as long as you don't smother them in butters and tarter sauce and mayonnaise!. :) For snacks, grab fruit instead of sweets and potato chips!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
A calorie diet is always a good idea!. Try looking at the number of calories each time you eat something!. Make goals, you could also go to a gym that may be near you, get a trainer!. Or if you don't want to go through all that trouble, get a treadmill, and every once in a while just take a break and go on it for half an hour or so!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
