Ok this is chicken but I got this idea from chicken cordon bleu!.!.!. I take boneless, skinless chicken breast, pound them flat (not too much to make holes in them) I make stove top stuffing and mix that with craisins and raisins and let it cool!. Then I take baby spinach leaves place them first on the chicken, then I put stuffing inside!. Secure with toothpicks, then flour, dip in a beaten egg, then bread crumbs!. Then put them in the fridge for a few!. Put them in a pan with canola oil and brown the outside (preheat your oven to 375) then I put them in a baking dish and let bake for 35 to 45 mins til done!. You can make a gravy from a jar or packet, just jazz it up a little!. Make mashed potatoes and serve with a baby spinach salad that has sauted onions and red peppers!. Add some bacon bits!. Put the salad together when you are ready to eat!. You can prepare it all ahead!.!.!.!.just heat the onions and peppers!. Then toss and add a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar!. (smoke gouda goes well even though Gorganzola is recommended but it's kind of expensive and gouda will do) Give it a try, it is certainly different and not too hard on you because you can make it all ahead of time and enjoy the meal yourself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If I was an experienced cook, I would try lamb rib tips with fancy potatoes and veggies!. I had this while on vacation with my husband last year - it was the most delicious dinner I've had EVER!. Get a nice bottle of wine too!. For dessert, you can try a creme broule!. I'm not sure how you burn the top without a torch, but that dessert looks and tastes amazing!. Nice for sharing! Steak and shrimp is good and easy!. If your an experienced cook you know how you like your steaks, I like mine pan fried and seasoned with salt pepper and garlic cooked medium rare so if you've never had one like that try it and it is quick and easy!. For the shrimp I just get the little medium sized ones devained and peeled and I melt me some garlic butter in a skillet and put the shrimp in and just cook for about 3-5 minutes stirring them good so they all get done!. with that we usually eat some asparagus with cheese sauce, and some type of rice or noodles!. The rice a roni noodles in the box are really good and go with the garlic butter on the shrimp really good!. For an appetizer we do some crab dip that is to die for here is the recipe for it
1 cup crab leg meat diced up
1 cup small devained, peeled shrimp
1 small onion, 1 small bell pepper and a stalk of celery (chop and sauteed all of these before adding)
1 cup mayo
2 cup parmesian cheese
dash of white pepper
1/2 can of cream of shrimp soup(I use cream of mushroom because I can never find the cream of shrimp)
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and put in a baking dish!.
Sprinkle some extra cheese on top and garnish with some chives
bake at 325 for about 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown!.
We serve this on sour dough bread baked in the oven at about 500degrees for about 5 minutes!. For some reason cooking it on high like that keeps it crispier then broiling it or using the toaster!.
We do this nearly every year for our anniversary it is kind of like a traditional dinner for us and I happed to be thinking about it because our anniversary is the 9th of this month and I have to go get the stuff to make the crab dip!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lobster with a lemon cream sauce, oysters on the half shell with tobasco and lemon juice (or you can make Oysters Rockafeller), Spanish rice, and steamed or grilled veggies!. For an added bonus you can try something like a creme brulee, a raspberry souffle, or an apple cherry crumble!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Roast a rack of lamb!. Olive oil with just a little salt & pepper!. I like to make a little homemade remoulade to go with it - mayo, horseradish, minced garlic, brown mustard, little squeeze of ketchup!.
This is so rich & decadent!. Even though the recipe is pretty easy, it seems extravagant!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
