Saute the shrimp and scallops in butter or olive oil and add
broccoli that would be goodWww@FoodAQ@Com

I'd recommend frying the scallops and shrimp in a bit of butter (or possibly with some garlic oil)!. Check the sizes of your scallops and shrimp to see how long they should cook for (for example, large sea scallops, which are about 2 bucks each, cook for about 1!.5 minutes per side on a high heat)!. Once cooked, either mix them into the Alfredo and pasta as you're serving it, or place them on top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Season the seafood with a little Old bay, and start the scallops!. Once the scallops are ready to turn, toss in the shrimp!. The seafood should be done at the same time this way!. I'd either grill - my choice, or saute them!.

Just dress the pasta, and lay the seafood on top - don't drown the seafood in sauce, let people taste the fish, and not the sauce!. You spent enough money on the shrimp and scallops!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would surely saute the seafood in butter or olive oil, with garlic and perhaps some diced onions before adding it to the mix!. I also like to add paprika and a splash of lemon juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just put the shrimp and scallops in the sauce as soon as it's done, and simmer until the shrimp are pink!. I use a little more cheese and a turn or two of the pepper mill!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Pan fry them until they have a little brown on them!. That will help them be nice and flavorful!. I like a little garlic in my alfredo sauce, but that's completely optional!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I made a dish similar to this for my parents!.
Sautee them in a pan with a little butter/cooking oil and some salt!.
Do this last so they don't get too chewy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Seer the shrimp and scallops in butter and let them finish in the sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would pan fry them, as they need little cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

either pan fry them or grill themWww@FoodAQ@Com
