Ok so I'm mostly answering this so I'll look back and see what other people have to say!. I've asked this same question before so I'll link my question so you can see what answers I got!. There are a lot of good ones:

btw, that sweet and sour pork recipe rules and you can make AMAZING sandwich material if you add a cup of orange juice!. Goes really well with mustard!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just made this last night:

Chicken Paprikash

2 green peppers, seeded and sliced thin
1 large onion, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp!. paprika
1 1/2 tsp!. salt
Freshly ground pepper
1 c!. chicken stock
2 lbs!. skinless boneless chicken thighs
1 container low fat sour cream
1 tbsp corn starch

Combine first 7 ingredients in crockpot, mix well!. Place chicken atop the mixture!. Cook on low 6-8 hours!. Remove chicken to a platter!. Stir corn starch into the sour cream, and add to crockpot, stirring well!. Place the chicken back atop the mixture, and continue to cook approximately 20 minutes!. It's good served over cooked rice, or whole wheat egg noodles!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've done this a couple of time in my slow cooker!. Brown chicken drumsticks then added wedges of onion on the stove then transferred to the slow cooker with a mixture of equal parts tomato chutney and bbq sauce to cover!.!.!.really easy and much tastier than it sounds!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd probley cook stew, you just add water, veggies, meat, and some soup stock stuff and just turn it on!. It smells really good and looks impressive!. You will be drooling!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
