What are some good school lunches, without bread?!
I'm cutting out all bread from my diet, and i bring my lunch to school!. I can't think of anything that would be healthy and satisfying without using bread!.

If you wanted no carbs at all I would suggest cooking frozen boneless skinless chicken tenderloins the night before school then putting them in the fridge until the next morning!. You could also try string cheese, canned tuna, chicken, or salmon, nuts, and peanut butter!.
If you want low, healthy carbs I would suggest adding a salad, or other vegetables that you like!. Another day you could try packing a healthy soup in a thermos!. As for desert, I would suggest berries, they have lower amounts of carbs and sugar than most fruit!. You could also try air popped popcorn; it's easy to make, low carbohydrate, and an excellent source of whole grains!.

Ingredients
1 pound ground raw cranberries
2 cups sugar
2 cups seedless grapes, halved
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 pound miniature marshmallows
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
Cooking Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix cranberries and sugar!. In the refrigerator, allow the mixture to stand 4 hours!.
Place cranberry and sugar mixture in a colander!. Place colander in a large bowl!. Allow the mixture to drain 8 hours, or overnight!.
Discard drained juices!. Place cranberry mixture in a medium bowl!. Stir in grapes, walnuts, marshmallows and thawed frozen whipped topping!. Chill in the refrigerator until serving!.

In a pot, mix together the tomato-vegetable juice, diced tomatoes, mixed vegetables, kidney beans and potatoes!.
Simmer over medium low heat for at least 30 minutes!.

apples, bananas, peaches, strawberries, pomegranate, etc!.

dried mango, cranberries, banana chips (very good)
-cereal

Let me just say this, EVERYTHING has carbs in it!. You're supposed to get a certain amount of carbs each day!. If you want to have something for lunch that doesn't have carbs, take a bottle of ice cold refreshing water!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
