Try to get some different types of bread (maybe pitta bread, tortilla wraps etc) and fill with what you enjoy!.

Vary the fruit you have, having just apples must be boring!. Try some more exotic fruits that you wouldn't normally get!.

As for the drink, why not try some of the flavoured waters you can get!. They're really refreshing and not so bad on your teeth as fruit juice can be!.

Then for a treat, how about searching the net for recipes for fruit muffins or something similar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

make your own trail mix
buy peanuts, sunflower seeds, almonds, prezles, whatever you can buy and put in a small bag, shake it and eat when hungry, high protein and carb, all you need to get you thourgh the day

rasins and dried fruits also works in trail mixWww@FoodAQ@Com

why don't you make your own sandwiches!?
you will get fat at the end if you keep eating "snaks" !Www@FoodAQ@Com

scrambled eggs, chicken sandwich with brown bread makes a good snackWww@FoodAQ@Com
