I think it's a myth that the yolk isn't good!. I weigh just under 100 pounds and eat about 3 eggs including the yolk/day and am very healthy!. Your body NEEDS cholesterol, fat (the material cells are made out of) and all the nutrition in the yolk!. People seem to throw away all the healthy parts of food and get brainwashed to settle for the nutritionless!. The yolk and white together form a good balance for the ideal nutrient!.
