I liked what answerer #1 - just go out to eat!. LOL! that would be nice- but on those occasions when you can't - I tend to make the following:
nachos or tacos - because they are easy to make and taste good!. Or, Tuna Noodle Casserole- these are a couple of my family's favorites!. [since one of my members was diagnosed with Celiac Disease]
Before - it would be marinated steak or ribs, fluffy homemade whipped potatoes, and a vegetable like green beans or salad!.
The other night, I let chicken breast soak in Wishbone Italian dressing; it was so moist and tender - I had enough to enjoy for the next day, too - it was great as an entree - and the second day, I added it to a salad!.

You could try something absolutely new, add something that you have never eaten or a new recipe!.
If you are not feeling that motivated, go for a salad with lots of goodies like avocado, goat cheese, bacon and veggies with a good, homemade vinegarette!. You could go for something that is comforting!. As the weather is changing, it is nice to make a big one pot meal!. You could eat it for a couple days and maybe give yourself a chance to get over the slump!.
My sister soemtimes cons me into the 10 dollar meal game where we get together 4 people (well two more besides us) and we plan a lovely meal together where we can only spend 10 bucks!. Soup to nuts - but certainly not including liquor!.

I get such so much out of this Soycha dressing, I always turn to it when I hate to cook!. Marinade meats, toss salads, tofu, sushi!.!.!. it's a flavor most people like and I get such compliments when I use it, you can't go wrong!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
