How to season chicken fried steaks?!
Got the cube steaks, got the recipe, but it doesn't tell any seasonings to put on them but salt and pepper!. What seasonings can I add to chicken fried steak to make them tastier!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

thats all I'd use is salt and pepper!. You can add a little granulated garlic and, or onion powder if you like also!. I like mine just salted and fresh ground black pepper though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't know what recipe you are using but traditional country chicken fried steak in my home works like this:
Fry in a bit of oil and with the brown scrapings you see left in the pan when the meat is done cooking is your real seasoning!. I'm assuming traditional recipe where you add flour to the pan scrapings and then add milk to make your gravy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
