Would it work to freeze sandwiches made with lunchmeat and cheese?!

Question: Would it work to freeze sandwiches made with lunchmeat and cheese!?
Answers:
you can, but cheese changes when it's frozen then thawed (american does at least) and can get kind of slimy!. so it's better to freeze the lunch meat on the bread, and put the cheese on in the morning!.!.!.or just throw a wrapped slice of cheese in your lunch bag!. my mom used to make up a couple loaves of bread worth of sandwiches to freeze for our lunches (for 3 of us)!. we'd take them out in the morning, throw them in our lunch bags, and grab a ziploc out of the fridge that had our cheese and lettuce in it!. made it REALLY simple to get lunches ready in the morning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Years ago, when we both worked and had to leave the house early in the mornings, I did this for my husband!. I would make them on the week end and freeze them!. You can take one out the night before and put it in the lower part of your fridge!. It will be defrosted by morning!. You can also take one out early in the morning in summer and by noon it should be defrosted!. Both ways worked for us!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It'll work, but they wont taste as good!. I dont recommend it!. If you cant eat a whole package before it goes bad, I would just buy a certain amount from the deli!. Its better meat anyway!.*Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you can freeze them!. You can buy frozen pizzas and they have meat and cheese so no reason you can't freeze sandwiches!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If they have any kind of sauce , like mayo or mustard it will end up making the bread soggy when thawed out!. Some cheeses don't taste the same after being frozen!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You don't have to freeze them and ruin the flavor, why don't you just refrigerate!? Www@FoodAQ@Com

i no a girl who did that and her bread always seemed soggy in some spots!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
