Yes, they are good but they are bad too, eggs are high in protien but, they are high in cholesterol too!. you can have three to four a week for breakfast or on egg salad, I use them in cooking but I dont count them when I say you can have three or four a week!. also if your family is prone to high cholesterol than I would stick to no more than what I said, but, if you dont have any people in your family that has high cholesterol than eat all you want, I know that weight lifters eat eggs for protein drinks, so its up to you, now you know what the answer is!. Eggs are healthy!. It's save to eat 4 eggs per week, some even say it's save to eat an egg a day!.
It used to be said that egg yolk is high in cholesterol, however, some studies indicate that if you eat eggs your body won't produce as much cholesterol and it will lower your levels!. also, there were old studies which showed a much higher level of cholesterol than is actually the case but some people keep believing the old science!.
