Butternut squash question.?!
I'm making a squash recipe I found online that looks good, and a lot of what I've seen has said to treat it like a sweet potato!. Well, sweet potato I would use as the starchy part of the meal, this case I'm not sure!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I serve squash for dinner I use it as a starchy veggie!.

Squash has a good amount of fiber but is also rich in vitamins plus complex carbohydrates!. Nutritionally, butternut squash has more vitamin C and beta-carotene than any other winter squash, but it would be considered a starch!.
