What is the best kind of oats and cooking method to use to make a really filling porridge?!

I add , ground ginger,cinnamon,and/or not almond flakes,tablespoon/s skimmed milk powder for protein,and/or not dried Goji berries,and/or not frozen blueberries,stir it up and half pint milk
I cook it in the microwave in a oven proof glass measuring jar, quick and easy!.
Try for 4,minutes, (add honey),add extra minutes as necessary, stirring in between times!.
Really fills you up all day!.
You can add all sorts, or not!.

Boil water in a pan two and a half cups of water,Remove from hob then slowly stir in one cup of Quaker rolled oats,Replace on the hob bring up heat to boil when porridge thickens simmer for five to seven minutes

Serve in bowls and add some cold milk

Any organic ones!.!.soak overnight in a bowl of water!.!.!.just enough to cover the oats!.!.raw ones!.!.!.not ones that have been smashed up!.!.!.!.then whck them in a pan on a medium heat!.!.!.add milk and stir constantly!.!.!.add water if you want less fat!.!.!.!.then pop honey on top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
