Sorry, I don't care much for turkey bacon; it's in the shadow of the real thing!
T B doesn't have the texture or flavor of real bacon!. It's had so very many additives and chemicals mixed with it to make it 'seem' healthier that it just doesn't measure up!. It can't be purchased extra thick either!
When used in a sauce to give that 'extra level of flavor' it just melts away!.

I like both, but I guess I prefer pork!.
I use it in Fettuccini Carbonara or I mix it with mashed potatoes!. It's really delicious!. Mmmmm
