I found this recipe!. My local Market fresh has a machine you put your peanuts into and make your own right in the store!. I haven't tried it yet, though!.

Chef Lauren's Peanut Butter
Ingredients:
4 cups shelled roasted peanuts
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup canola oil

In a food processor, mix the peanuts, salt, sugar and oil for two minutes or until very smooth!.

Here's another from the same site!.
Homemade Peanut Butter
Ingredients:
1 cup roasted, shelled peanuts
1 1/2 teaspoon peanut oil
1/4 teaspoon salt (omit if using salted peanuts)

Directions:
For creamy peanut butter: Place ingredients in a blender!. With the lid secured, blend until mixture becomes pastelike or spreadable (3 to 4 minutes)!. If necessary, stop the machine and use a rubber spatula to scrape mixture from the sides of the container back into contact with the blade!. Continue blending until desired consistency is reached!.

For crunchy peanut butter: Stir in 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts after the blending is complete!.

Store in a tightly closed container in the refrigerator!. Oil may rise to the top!. If this occurs, stir before using!.

peanut butter is really easy to make!. all you have to do is buy peanuts that have already been roasted and then grind it up in your blender!. if you just buy regular old peanuts then you need to roast them in your oven with some vegetable or canola oil!. it might be a little tough on your blender so i like to add a litle canola or vegetable oil to help it along!. after i put it in a jar i let it sit for a while and let it naturally separate and pour off the oil the next day!. thats it!Www@FoodAQ@Com
